St. Theresa Church is on Rt. 3A/Boston Road, near the Billerica Center.

 From the Mass Pike take Exit 13 – (128 North & 95North) - follow directions below.

 From Route 128 North or South:  Take Exit 32A - Route 3 North - to Exit 27, Concord Rd.,  Billerica – follow directions below.

 From 495: Take 495 north or south to exit 35A (Rt3) – follow directions below.

 At the end of the ramp, bear right onto Concord Road.  Follow on Concord Road through one sets of lights. Continue on past the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints and Sweeney’s Funeral Home (both on right side of road) Here Concord Road bears to the left  BUT go straight ahead onto Charnstaffe Lane. (This road is a one way). At the top of Charnstaffe you will come to a set of lights . Ahead will be the Billerica Mall.  At this set of lights, turn left onto Boston Road.  St. Theresa Church Parking lot entrance is the third driveway on the right.

 From Lowell, follow Route 3A South to Billerica Center.  As you go half way around the Common follow the sign for 3A – get into the right lane. (O’Connor Hardware Plaza is straight ahead of you at these lights.) Take a right – go past the Post Office and Bank on your left. The Church is just after the bank.. Turn left into the Church parking lot just after the bank (Grace Ave.) or  further down (after the Dentist office). Parking in rear
